Scartho Community Library to Support CARE's 'Daily Bread Food Larder'

As part of its programme of community involvement and support, Scartho Community Library is supporting CARE's 'Daily Bread Food Larder' and collecting donations of food for those in need.

CARE's website has this to say about the Daily Bread Food Larder:

'Daily Bread Food Larder helps many residents of North East Lincolnshire,who find themselves experiencing poverty, hardship and distress.

Christian Action & Resource Enterprise (CARE) and Churches Together North East Lincolnshire are working in partnership to provide short term relief of food poverty in the area.

Food is distributed by referral of an individual from a variety of local agencies in addition to those already identified through the everyday work of CARE'
