Great News About the Proposed Library Extension

Foresight's application to extend Scartho library has been approved by planners subject to conditions – following a row over a willow tree.

Chief officer at Foresight, Paul Silvester, said: "We have been told that our planning permission has been passed. I would like to say how supportive the planning department have been to get us to the stage where we are and give our thanks to Richard Limmer. He took it over when we were faced with potential problems.
